Our aim is to make our service users feel in control of their future. We try to help them feel more confident and empowered so they can make positive decisions for their lives. We do this by composing a plan with the input of the vulnerable person as well as their family and loved ones. We feel that this approach helps achieve lasting progression. It also gives us a much better insight to the likes, dislikes, triggers and personalities of users.
We believe that life with a learning disability shouldn’t be a lesser one. We strive to support those with needs so they can take back control and live a life filled with happiness. Our goal is to promote an independent lifestyle and fill in the gaps where we are needed. This could be helping with communication, cooking, cleaning, going out with friends or exploring education and work opportunities.
